J J market

Ahhh the market. This place was again huge! Like a city in itself. Maybe Bangkok is like Asia's texas in that everything is super sized - including the cockroaches which are the size of small cats.

But back to the market, you can buy anything! From baby kangaroo mice to entertain the kids to ninja stars and tazers to keep them under control. Need pillows for your bamboo bed? Or perhaps the bed itself? No problem. Want an edible jelly key ring or would you rather a 400 year old pickled egg? Lacking in dried squid? Pens of a certain size or a pair of ladies diamond high heels? The J J market is the place to go.

And with everything available including a bathroom sink, we of course bought nothing (o:

Except food that is. We had lunch at a local noodle house place on the side of the street. Good and the meals were huge. We were given a bowl of noodles and then four HUGE bowls of mung beans, cabbage, some pickled stuff and cucumbers. Shove them all toegther and it's an all you can eat for a dollar.

We'll definitely be back but for now it was a time to look and see what was available.
